Individual Agreement for Settlement Scheduling 

Use

If you wish to personalize the standard agreement for settlement scheduling, in the commission contract choose the permitted Scheduling Rules on the Settlement Scheduling tab page. The scheduling rules that you can select are linked to the respective standard agreement for settlement scheduling that is assigned to the commission contract.

The scheduling rules assigned to the standard contract are not automatically transferred to individual contracts. With input help (F4) you can display the rules that are assigned to the particular standard agreement for settlement scheduling. You make individual settings for your commission contract by selecting scheduling rules for it. If no scheduling rules are assigned to the contract, the commission contract is not subject to settlement scheduling.

In the case of actual commission, you must specify at least one release rule for the commission contract. If actual commission is defined for a commission contract, settlement scheduling must be carried out. If no scheduling rules are defined in the contract, errors will occur in the commission case process.

 

The individual agreement for settlement scheduling lets you schedule settlement according to the contract partner’s profile.  The system creates a settlement schedule for each remuneration line.

Settlement schedules do not have document characteristics and can therefore be changed in rescheduling. The settlement schedule run generates settlement items from these documents out of the settlement schedule items.

Features

An individual agreement contains the following details:

●     Number of the individual agreement:
Unique identification number of an individual agreement within a commission contract. You use the individual agreement to assign scheduling rules to a commission contract.

You can only assign rules that are assigned to the corresponding standard commission contract through the standard scheduling agreement.

●     Scheduling rule:
Uniquely identified in the system.

●     Period of validity of the individual agreement

●     Priority of the scheduling rule

●     Description of the scheduling rule

The priority of a scheduling rule in an individual agreement is of significance when more than one scheduling rule is specified for settlement scheduling.
