Evaluation of Warranty Claim Data 

You have the following two procedures at your disposal for evaluating warranty claim data:

·        Reporting using SAP Query with InfoSets(Online Reporting)

You configure and create these reports (ad-hoc reports) in the SAP Discrete Industries System. The scope of the function is limited and you cannot save the reports that you create.

·        Reporting in SAP Business Information Warehouse (BW Reporting)

You configure and create these reports in SAP Business Warehouse. Here you have unlimited opportunities for combining the data to be evaluated, saving data, aggregating data and for the graphical display of the report results.
