1. From the Information System menu, choose Resources ® Capacity Load ® Work Center View or Variable View.

The screen Capacity Planning: Selection List appears:

2. Enter your data or define additional selection criteria by choosing Planning ® Selection, then confirm.

The standard overview is displayed.

3. You can call up other overviews or the graphic from the Goto menu.

• The standard overview displays a period-by-period comparison of the capacity requirements and available capacity in the selected work centers and the capacity committed to work centers.
• The capacity detail list provides a period-by-period analysis of the capacity required by individual activities.
• Using the variable overview, you can edit data necessary for capacity planning, such as formula parameters. Variants are stored in the list profile. You can create more variants by choosing Settings ® Evaluations ® Var. overview.
• From every overview, you can access the graphics by selecting Goto.

You can print the various lists by selecting the menu options Planning ® Print.
