Procedure documentation Accessing Project Summarization Reporting Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. In the project information system part of the Easy Access menu, choose Financials ® Summarization.
  2. Select one of the ready-defined summarization reports: Both drilldown reports and cost element reports are available for summarization purposes.

  3. Enter the required data in the following fields:

Enter PR if you are still using the old summarization (by classification). Otherwise enter CO.

Use the Hierarchy overview pushbutton to obtain a list of the hierarchies active in the controlling area.

The report is then displayed per the criteria selected.
