Accessing Capacity Evaluations 

Prerequisite

You define the profiles to do this in Customizing for the Project System. For more information on capacity evaluations, see Capacity Planning.

Procedure

...

       1.      In the structure overview, select the project objects for which you want to have capacity evaluations.

This is not possible in the project structure overview (transaction code CN41N).

       2.      Choose Extras/environments ® Information system ® Capacities.

The screenCapacity Planning: Selection List appears:

       3.      Enter additional data or overwrite the defaults and confirm.

The standard overview is displayed.

       4.      You can call up other individual overviews from the Goto menu.

       5.      You return to the structure overview by pressing F12.
