Procedure documentation Deleting a Pool of Confirmations in the Information System Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Proceed as follows:

  1. Select the activities and activity elements for which you want to delete a confirmation pool.
  2. Press the right mouse button and choose Delete Confirmation Pool.

    3. A dialog box is displayed.

  3. Enter the name or the pool of confirmations in the dialog box and choose CONTINUE .

    4. The system asks you if you want to delete the pool.

  4. Choose Yes.

The pool of confirmations is deleted.

Alternatively, you can use Choose Functions facility to add the confirmation functions to the icon toolbar. Then use the icon for deleting pools of confirmations.
