Procedure documentation Period Breakdown Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

The breakdown by period can be displayed both as a table and as a graphic. In both cases, the values of the project objects in the structure overview are displayed over time. In the Project System, the period breakdown graphic is especially useful for progress analysis.

Displaying the Graphic for Progress Analysis

  1. Make sure that the profile SAPPS_EV0001 for progress analysis has been set in Customizing.

    2. Note

    The profile SAPPS_EV0001 is for displaying earned values in the information system. This is not a profile for the period drilldown graphic.

  2. Choose Information System ® Progress ® Progress Analysis ® Structure Overview.
  3. Choose Graphic ® Period Breakdown.
  4. The period breakdown graphic is displayed.
