Sorting and Grouping 

The following does not apply to the project structure overview (transaction code CN41N).

Sorting

...

       1.      If you want to specify only one sort criterion, select the field by which the data is to be sorted.

       2.      Choose View ® Sort/summarize/group ® Sort in ascending order or Sort in descending order.

The system displays a selection list.

       3.      Choose the field by which you want to sort.

The system sorts the data based on the criteria you specified.

Grouping

...

       1.      Choose View ®Sort/summarize/group ® Group in ascending order or Group in descending order.

The system displays a selection list.

       2.      Choose the field by which you want to group.

The system groups the data based on the criteria you specified.
