Assigning Land Register Page to Multiple Real Estates 

Use

You can use this procedure to assign a land register page to more than one real estates.

The land register page must be created with different property list serial numbers in each of the real estates to which it is assigned.

Procedure

...

       1.      Select the Land Register button on the Identification tab page of the real estate to which you want to assign the page.

       2.      Select the Page with quick info text Search land Register Page button, to select an existing land register page.

       3.      Select a land register page that is already assigned to another real estate.

       4.      Choose  with the quick info text Create entry to create a new entry with a different property list serial number.

       5.      Enter the details in all the four sections of the land register record in addition to the basic details (the district, land register district, volume and page number).

       6.      To assign the new property list entry to the real estate. select  with the quick info text Assign selected entry.

       7.      Choose  to exit from the land register.

The land register page is saved and assigned to the real estate object only if you save the details of the main real estate object.
