Logging On 

Use

You can log on to the system with a presentation device and execute RF transactions.

 

Prerequisites

The following has been done:

·        All of the necessary presentation management customization. For more information, see the IMG for Logistics Execution ® Yard Management ® Presentation Management.

·        The maintenance of presentation devices. For more information, see Maintaining Presentation Devices.

·        You have been defined as an RF user. For more information, see Defining RF Device Users.

 

Procedure

       1.      From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Logistics ® Logistics Execution ® Yard Management ® Mobile Execution.

       2.      Enter the yard number and choose Save.

When only one yard has been defined in Customizing for Logistics Execution ® Yard Management ® General Settings ® Define Yard, the yard number is automatically displayed.

The Logon screen appears, displaying the default presentation device if one is defined for your user. For more information, see Defining RF Device Users.

       3.      You can keep the default device or enter a different one and choose Log.

The Menu screen appears.

 

Result

You are now able to perform the RF device transactions.
