Procedure

Choose the following path from the SAP Easy Access screen: Human Resources ® Payroll ® Europe ® Austria.

Result

You reach the menu for the component Payroll Austria (PY-AT).

Under Payroll, you find the activities that are directly related to payroll (for example, simulate, release, start, and end payroll) and activities that are required to make transfers.

Under Subsequent Activities, you can call up the different activities that you perform directly after the payroll run. The subsequent activities are assigned to the period in which the activities are usually performed:

Example

You have completed the payroll run successfully. Now you want to create your employees‘ contribution statements for the regional health insurance fund [GKK]. Choose Per Payroll Period ® Reporting ® Social Insurance ® Monthly SI Contr. Statement for GKK.
