Adjusting Supply Regions for Several
Shops
You use this function to change the supply regions for selected shops. Reasons to make adjustments like these could be, for example:
· You are using a new distribution center.
· Other business or strategic reasons for you to adapt the supply chain.
You can change the supply region for several shops to allow you to react promptly to changes in general logistics conditions.
If you
create a new shop, the system automatically transfers the data from the supply
region for the department store so that no manual assignment is required.
In individual cases, manual adjustments can be required when processing a
large number of shops with supply regions. You can select the relevant shops
using department stores, categories or the supply region.
Alternatively, you can use standard processing for site master data to change the supply regions for one individual shop.
On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics ® Retailing ® Master Data ® Site Data ® Department Store/Shop ® Mass Changes to Shops ® Change Region.
