Creating Process Templates 

Use

Creating the process template is the first step in the process design. Using this procedure, you create the framework, in which you can define process flow, roles, parameters, and so on.

Procedure

...

       1.      In the gallery, choose Create Process from the contextual navigation panel.

The process’ design time opens.

       2.      You can overwrite the following default parameter values:

Parameter	Description
Name	Enter a meaningful name for the process template. It can be translated when the process template is internationalized. No restrictions are applied for the name.
Description	Enter a description for the process template – for example, explain what is the result of the process.
Original Language	Choose the language, in which the process template is originally created.
Folder	Choose a folder to store the process template.

       3.      To complete the procedure, choose  (Save).
