Use

You follow this procedure to display an overview of costs for COBRA health plans.

Contributions for COBRA health FSAs are not displayed in the cost summary.

Procedure

...

       1.      From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resources ® Personnel Management ® Benefits ® COBRA ® Cost Summary.

       2.      Specify the key date for which you want to display costs.

       3.      Specify the set of employees (and thereby their qualified dependents) for whom you want display a cost summary.

For the selection, you can use either personnel numbers, the criteria in the General benefits information area, or the selection buttons at the top of the screen.

       4.      Choose Execute.

Result

A list of employees who are enrolled in COBRA plans of their own or whose dependents are enrolled in COBRA plans of their own is displayed. Expand the tree structure to see the plans in which beneficiaries are continuing their coverage and the cost of the plan. To enter payments or display due amounts, put your cursor on a beneficiary row and choose Display payments. The COBRA Payments tool appears.
