Creating Catalog Entries

       1.      From the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu, choose Work Areas® Edit Work Areas.

The Edit Work Area: Initial Screen appears.

       2.      Choose Environment ® Questionnaire ® Edit Question Catalog.

The editing screen for question catalogs appears (Overview: Change Question Catalogs screen).

       3.      Select a question catalog or a catalog group and choose  with the quick info text Create Catalog Entry.

The New Entries: Details of Added Entries screen appears.

       4.      Enter the required data and save your entries.

Assign a weighting if required. You can evaluate this weighting in risk assessment in the Questionnaire analysis method (see Evaluation of Questionnaires).
