Agreement for Performance-Related
Remuneration 
The agreement for performance-related remuneration determines which remuneration is paid for which commission activities, according to the participation role.
Performance-related remuneration is disbursed according to the activity provided. Performance-related remuneration comprises the following:
· Direct remuneration (for example, upon proof of contract signing)
· Indirect remuneration: Remuneration that runs into other remuneration (for example, overriding commission).
The remuneration agreement is a standardized commission contract agreement. This is predefined in the commission contract by the choice of a standard commission contract. You can personalize the commission contract by entering conditions that are specific to the contract.
Incentive and
Commission Management allows you to create individual remuneration agreements.
The
determination
algorithm and the corresponding dynamic formulation of the structure
characteristics, enable you to use customer-specific characteristics or
characteristic combinations, which can be extended as required to link
different remuneration groups
together. These remuneration groups may also contain one or more remuneration
groups.
