Function documentation Status Editing for Amounts Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

This function provides a release process for exposure amounts in work areas. The status indicates which position in the release process the amount has reached.

Prerequisites

You have entered the respective exposure amount using one of the following functions:

·         Amount determination

·         Amounts in risk assessment

Activities

1.       Determining the required amount

In the risk assessment component you run a search for the agent in the corresponding work area. In the hit list choose the required data record (that is, the required risk assessment) and call the amounts function.

2.       Changing the status

You can change the status according to the status network. Use the In Process (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text), Release (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text), or Set Historical (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text) pushbuttons to make the changes.

The status Historical is the end point of status processing.

 Caution

When you assign the status Historical, the amount can only be displayed and no longer edited. You can still delete the amount, though.

Note

You can display the status log by choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. All status changes including the person who made them are displayed here.
