Balance Sheet
The system comes with two reports that you can use to prepare a balance sheet. One of them covers assets and the other covers liabilities and stockholder's equity.
To access the reports, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting ® Financial Accounting ® General Ledger ® Information System ® General Ledger Reports ® Balance Sheet/Profit and Loss Statement/Cash Flow ® Slovakia ® Balance Sheet (Assets) or … ® Balance Sheet (Liabilities and Stockholder's Equity).
The balance sheet is structured in the format prescribed by law. You can prepare a balance sheet for a single year or prepare a comparative statement.
The balance sheet is based on the financial statement version BASK.
The output list shows a three-level hierarchy of G/L account balances. You can drill down by company code.
For every item on the assets side of the balance sheet, the report displays this year's balances before and after adjustment. It also shows the previous year's adjusted balances.
The liabilities and stockholders' equity report shows this year's and last year's adjusted balances.
To display the line
items in a given G/L account, position the cursor on it and choose
. If you position the cursor on any other item, the
system displays all the line items from all the accounts that belong to it.
