Adding Measurement Data and Entering
Tasks
After the measurements have been performed, you can use this procedure to add to the planning data you stored for the measurements in your measurement project the information you received as feedback. With measurements that relate to a person (that is, a test person), you can also add the tasks that the test person carried out during the course of the measurement.

Using integration with the Organizational Management(PA-OS) component, you can link tasks to persons (see Integration in Organizational Management). You can evaluate this link, for example, using the report program List Persons with Measured Values.
In Customizing for measurement management you have assigned work area types that relate to tasks to the assignment level MJW (task level). For these work area types you have created work areas in the system that correspond to tasks (see Measurement Project).
...
1. In the navigation area for your measurement project, click the measurement you want to edit. Some data for the measurement is already entered as a result of the information you entered when planning.
2. In the application area, complete the following information on the Measurement tab page if required:
○ Cost center; Controlling area
○ Sampling date
○ Actual value for the measurement duration
○ Total volume
The total volume is determined using the user exit MJ_TVOL. For more information, see the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Basic Data and Tools.
○ Container or filter
○ Test person
3. Edit the indicators for the measurement. You can, for example, set the indicators Convert (to a measurement duration of 480 minutes) and Respiratory Protection (none, partial, full). For more information, see the documentation for the indicators in your SAP system.
4. Move to the Tasks/Work Areas tab page.
5.
To
enter a single task, call the input help for Task/Work
Area and
select the relevant task. To enter a number of tasks, you will find it easier
to use the
Multiple
Selection function. With this you can
enter a number of tasks simultaneously in one step.
6. Enter a weighting for each task if required and save your entries.
