Requester 
Technical name: SAP_RCF_REQUISITION_REQUESTER
The requester creates requisitions and sends them with the status In Process to a recruiter who then completes the requisition, phrases the job posting, and releases both. Although the requester is familiar with the description of the job to be occupied and the candidate requirements, the requester leaves the actual recruitment tasks to the recruiter.
The requester performs the following activities:
● Creating requisitions
● Forwarding requisitions to the recruiter
● Maintaining personal settings for SAP E-Recruiting
The following SAP E-Recruiting applications are stored in the authorization object P_RCF_APPL for the requester:
