To create a paper version of your INTRASTAT declarations, from the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Logistics ® Sales and Distribution ® Foreign Trade/Customs ® Periodic Declarations ® Periodic Declarations ® Operational ® Create Periodic Declarations ® European Union ® INTRASTAT ® Create document ® Portugal

In Portugal, you should submit your INTRASTAT data to the authorities on file, if possible.
