Definition

Data for the publication of a job posting is stored in this infotype.

Use

This infotype is only used in Recruitment. Data is saved in this infotype concerning the actual publication of a job posting, such as the actual publication medium (posting channel), status and requested status (for approval workflow) of the posting instance, and the document that is to be published as the posting text.

Structure

In this infotype, the following data is stored for a posting instance:

●     Posting Channel

●     Reference Code of Posting

●     Start Date of Posting in this Posting Channel

●     End Date of Posting in this Posting Channel

●     URL of Application Page Including External Code

●     ID of Hiring Organization in Posting Channel

●     Language Key

●     Published posting (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)

●     Reference Code of Posting (matchcode for searching for reference codes)

●     Global Key for Posting Instances

●     Status of Posting Instance

●     Status Requested for Posting Instance
