Hit List 

Use

The hit list is a flexible initial point of access to the many specification management functions in the SAP component Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S).

Prerequisites

In the specification workbench, you access the hit list and a set of hits with specifications is displayed if you run a specification search and the SAP system has found data records that match the search criteria, or if you load a set of hits and it contains specifications that exist in the system.

Features

The hit list always contains specifications of only one specification category. It displays the specifications found with the following data:

·        Specification key

·        Specification type

·        Up to nine identifiers

·        Value (identifier or material) that lead to inclusion in the hit list

You specify which indicators are to be displayed and the sequence of their display in Customizing for Basic Data and Tools under Check Identification Listing. You can define different identification displays for various specification categories.

Activities

You can call the hit list at any time again when editing specifications. To do this, double-click  Hit List below the node for the specification category in the navigation area of the workbench.
