Part Appraisal 
Process in which several participants involved in an appraisal assess an object (person, business event). A part appraiser can assess him or herself.
You can use a part appraisal to:
· Enable an employee to assess his or her own performance and compare this personal assessment with the manager’s part appraisal during the objective setting process. Allow the manager and employee to perform the final appraisal in consultation with one another.

Depict a 360
° degree feedback process without a final appraisal.
For instance, several colleagues
(part appraisers) appraise their manager.
