Printing Dangerous Goods Documents 

Prerequisites

You have already created a delivery, and assigned output type LD00 for the delivery note and output type PL00 for the packing list.

Procedure

...

       1.      On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics ® Sales and Distribution ® Shipping and Transportation ® Communication/Printing ® Outbound Delivery Output.

The Output from Deliveries screen appears.

       2.      Enter your selection criteria:

¡        Output type, for example, LD00 (delivery note) or PL00 (packing list)

LD00 and PL00 are the output types in standard Customizing.

¡        Transmission medium (print output, for example)

¡        Processing mode (1 for first processing, for example)

¡        Other selection parameters (delivery number, for example)

To reprint an output that has already been issued or processed incorrectly, choose Processing mode 2 (reprocess) or 3 (error processing).

       3.      Choose  with the quick info text Execute.

The outputs that correspond to your selection criteria are displayed on this screen.

       4.      Select the outputs you want to print.

To change the print parameters, choose Edit ® Printer default.

       5.      Choose  with the quick info text Execute to print the selected outputs.

To display a print preview of the output, choose  with the quick info text Print preview.

Result

The system prints the selected outputs.
