Outputting Packing Lists 

Prerequisites

·        There must be at least one material of the material type packaging.

·        You have created a delivery for packaged dangerous goods.

·        For dangerous goods shipping units (packing level), the relevant for dangerous goods and print relevant indicators must be set in the General Shipping Unit Data screen.

·        You are on either the Delivery Change: Overview screen or the Delivery Create: Overview screen.

Procedure

...

       1.      Choose Extras ® Delivery Output ® Header.

The Delivery: Output screen appears.

       2.      In the Output Type field, enter the output type for printing the packing list.

In standard Customizing this is the output PL00.

       3.      Choose  with the quick info text Enter.

       4.      Select the output and choose  Communication method.

The screen appears in which you enter Printing information.

       5.      Enter the name of the output device in the Logical destination field.

       6.      Choose  with the quick info text Back.

       7.      Save your entries.
