Output of Dangerous Goods Documents 

Purpose

This process enables you to output dangerous goods documents. Two SAPscript forms supporting the output of dangerous goods data are delivered with the dangerous goods documents component:

·         RVDELNOTE                   creates a delivery note

·         SD_PACKING_LIST          creates a packing list

Prerequisites

·        You have made the required settings in Dangerous Goods Management and Sales and Distribution Customizing.

·        In the material master component you have marked the material as relevant for dangerous goods documents using the dangerous goods profile.

·        You have entered the required data in the dangerous goods master.

·        You have entered the required data in the shipping document.

Process Flow

SAPscript forms are used to output dangerous goods documents. You can tailor these forms to fit your requirements.

       1.      To output a delivery note with dangerous goods data, you assign the delivery an output.

In standard Customizing the output has the type LD00.

       2.      You define a communication method with which the output is to be produced.

       3.      Depending on the processing time you specify for the output, the delivery note is output automatically, or you must trigger it yourself.

       4.      The data with which the form is filled is obtained using the printing program from the corresponding dangerous goods master records and the delivery document.

Result

The system generates the dangerous goods document.
