Activating Phrasing 

Procedure

       1.      In the overview tree on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose SAP menu ® Logistics ® Environment, Health and Safety ® Basic Data and Tools ® Tools ® Match Up Master Data.

The EHS: Match Up Master Data screen appears.

To activate the attributes, set the Activate Phrasing of Fields indicator.

       2.      Choose  Execute or Program ® Execute in Background.

If you have not activated phrasing, you can neither change the phrase sets in the phrase set-attribute assignment nor create new entries. To access phrase set-attribute assignment, in the Basic Data and Tools menu, choose Phrases ® Edit Phrase Set-to-Attribute Assignments. In the property tree, choose Tables / Structure Fields ® DGTM2 or Tables / Structure Fields ® RDTPOSPSET. The Edit Phrase Set-to-Characteristic Assignment screen appears.

       3.      A list appears in which the number of new attributes for phrasing is specified.

Result

You can edit the phrase set-to-attribute assignment for DGTM2 and RDGTPOSPSET and create new entries.
