1. In the Dangerous Goods Management menu, choose Dangerous Goods Master ® Change Dangerous Goods Master Records.
The Change Dangerous Goods Master: Initial Screen appears.
2. Enter your selection criteria.

Choose
with the
quick info text Hit Lists.
The Change Dangerous Goods Master: Hit Lists screen appears.
4. Set the Inactive indicator for the data records that you want to deactivate.
5. Save your data.
· Deactivated dangerous goods master records appear in the dialog box as not ready for input (grayed out).
· Deactivated data records are not taken into account by the system for dangerous goods checks or for creating dangerous goods documents.
· You can reactivate deactivated dangerous goods master records at any time by deactivating the Inactive indicator.
