Deleting
Dangerous Goods Master Records

1. In the Dangerous Goods Management menu, choose Dangerous Goods Master ® Change Dangerous Goods Master Records.
The Change Dangerous Goods Master: Initial Screen appears.
2. Enter your selection criteria.

For information on searching for dangerous goods master records, see Changing Dangerous Goods Master Records.
3.
Choose
with the
quick info text Hit Lists.
The Change Dangerous Goods Master: Hit Lists screen appears.
4. Select the data records you want to delete.
5.
Choose
with the
quick info text Delete.
6. A dialog box appears that asks you whether you really want to delete the data records. Answer Yes.

If you use engineering change management, only the selected change statuses of a data record are deleted.
7. Save your data.
The data records are no longer available in the dialog box, for dangerous goods checks, and for creating dangerous goods documents. But they remain physically present on the database and are marked with the delete indicator.
