Procedure documentation Deleting Dangerous Goods Master Records Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Procedure

...

       1.      In the Dangerous Goods Management menu, choose Dangerous Goods Master ® Change Dangerous Goods Master Records.

The Change Dangerous Goods Master: Initial Screen appears.

       2.      Enter your selection criteria.

       3.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with the quick info text Hit Lists.

The Change Dangerous Goods Master: Hit Lists screen appears.

       4.      Select the data records you want to delete.

       5.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with the quick info text Delete.

       6.      A dialog box appears that asks you whether you really want to delete the data records. Answer Yes.

Note

If you use engineering change management, only the selected change statuses of a data record are deleted.

       7.      Save your data.

Result

The data records are no longer available in the dialog box, for dangerous goods checks, and for creating dangerous goods documents. But they remain physically present on the database and are marked with the delete indicator.
