Changing Dangerous Goods Master Records 

Procedure

...

       1.      In the Dangerous Goods Management menu, choose Dangerous Goods Master ® Change Dangerous Goods Master Records.

The Change Dangerous Goods Master: Initial Screen appears.

       2.      Enter your selection criteria.

       3.      Choose  with the quick info text Hit Lists.

The Change Dangerous Goods Master: Hit Lists screen appears.

If you enter a change number as a selection criterion, the system displays all data records valid on the key date of the change number that fulfill the other selection criteria.

To select only the data records for a specific change number, you must change to the display mode.

       4.      Edit the data records in the Hit Lists or Detail Views.

       5.      Save your data.

If you accessed the data using a change number, the system runs a data record split on the selection date of the change number.
