Procedure

       1.      In the hit list, select the dangerous goods master records you want to copy and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with the quick info text Copy.

The Dangerous Goods Material: Copy Data dialog box appears.

The grayed-out Material and DG regulation fields contain the keys of the original dangerous goods master records. The fields that are ready for input also contain the keys of the original dangerous goods master records as proposed values.

       2.      In the ready-for-input fields, change the material or regulation if you want to use other materials or other dangerous goods regulations for the new dangerous goods master records.

       3.      Choose Copy.

Note

If you still need to edit the dangerous goods regulations you entered, the DG: Maintain Data for Dangerous Goods Regulation dialog box appears.

You then return to the hit list.

       4.      You can change the data dependent on the dangerous goods regulations that was copied from the dangerous goods master records in the Hit Lists and the Detail Views.

       5.      Save your entries.

Note

Using this method, packaging data records are not copied along with the dangerous goods master records. The parallel function for this can be found on the Packing Requirement tab page.
