Creating Dangerous Goods Master Records 

Procedure

       1.      In the Dangerous Goods Management menu, choose Dangerous Goods Master ® Create Dangerous Goods Master Records.

The Create Dangerous Goods Master: Initial Screen appears.

       2.      Enter the required data.

As standard, the system specifies the validity period 01/01/0001 through 12/31/9999.

If you want to create a dangerous goods master record for a specific key date, you must enter a change number.

       3.      Choose  with the quick info text Hit Lists.

The Create Dangerous Goods Master: Hit Lists screen appears.

       4.      Enter the required data.

You enter data for Packing requirements in accordance with the packaging code as well.

Dangerous goods-specific texts are managed in the system as phrases. Assign the required phrases to the fields using phrase sets.

       5.      To edit the dangerous goods master records in the detail views, select one or more dangerous goods master records and choose  with the quick info text Detail Views.

       6.      Save your data.
