Entry Document Display with Selected Partner Assignment 

Use

You can use this function to display a list of the entry documents to which one or more selected waste management business partners have been assigned.

Features

Selection

You can enter a role as the selection criterion; you can also enter one or more waste management business partners for which the system is to display the entry documents to which they have been assigned. You must specify at least the role.

Entry documents that you selected beforehand in the document overview are not taken into account for the selection. In other words, the system always displays all entry documents that correspond to the selection criteria entered.

Waste management business partners in the Waste generator role cannot be selected. You can select the entry documents to which one or more waste generators have been assigned in disposal processing directly and display them in the document overview there (see Searching for Entry Documents).

Output

You can control the output during selection by entering the following data:

·        You can specify whether the data is to be output as a compressed list. In a compressed list, only the selected waste management business partners are displayed initially. By expanding the corresponding nodes, you can then display the entry documents for each waste management business partner.

·        You can enter a display variant that controls the formatting of the list.

An uncompressed list of the selected waste management business partners is displayed by default. For each waste management business partner, the entry documents to which it has been assigned are listed as follows:

·        The header level contains the key, the address, and the role description of the waste management business partner.

·        The item level contains the entry documents, specifying the waste, waste generator, storage location, and so on.

The data is displayed via modules in general list processing (SAP List Viewer, ALV), whose standard functions (for example, sorting, totals formation, field selection, display variants, and so on) are available in the list. In addition, you can branch to the following objects if you double-click them in the list:

·        Waste Management Business Partner

The waste management business partner tab page in the Waste Management master data appears in display mode.

·        Entry document

The detail view of the entry document appears.

·        Waste

The material master appears in display mode.

Activities

       1.      Choose Disposal Processing ®Display Entry Documents in the Waste Management menu.

The Choose Entry Document Category dialog box appears.

This dialog box only appears the first time you access disposal processing after you have logged on to the SAP system. The next time you access disposal processing, the system automatically uses the entry document category that you chose last time.

If you mainly display and edit entry documents of one entry document category, you can predefine this entry document category in your user profile.

       2.      Choose the entry document category of the entry documents you want to list and confirm your entry.

The Disposal Processing Display screen appears.

       3.      In the function list, choose  Partner assignment list.

       4.      Enter the required data and choose  with the quick info text Execute.
