Recipe Workbench 

Use

The Recipe Workbench provides all the tools you need to edit various application objects in Recipe Management simultaneously. The Workbench also allows you to easily navigate between the different applications in one interface.

Prerequisites

You have defined structure layouts in Customizing for the Workbench (see Customizing for Recipe Management, IMG section Workbench, activity Define Layouts).

Features

The screen is divided into the navigation area and application area. The navigation area contains a navigation tree, a navigation toolbar, and a detail area that shows structure details for the objects you select. The data for the selected objects and the status menu are displayed in the application area.

Functions

Function	Description
Drag and Drop	Moving and depositing objects from: ·        Hit list to navigation area ·        Screen area to screen area ·        Area (for example, rows) to area within the same screen area
Personalize	You can set your own Workbench preferences
Toolbar	Helps you find the recipes you want to edit

Activities

To start the Workbench, choose SAP Menu ® Logistics ®Production - Process ® Master Data ® Recipe Management ®Recipe Management Workbench from the SAP Easy Access screen.
