Returns Delivery Creation 
Use
This function creates a returns delivery in the background in SAP ECC after the returns material authorization (RMA) number is created in SAP CRM.
Features
A returns delivery is used as a communication document that represents the approved items in SAP ECC. According to the current distribution strategy, the returns delivery is forwarded to the following systems:
● The dealer portal (SAP ICH)
● SAP EWM
For the returns delivery, a list of possible carriers can be replicated from SAP CRM and forwarded to SAP ICH, where a carrier can be chosen. The returns delivery created with reference to the RMA number can be displayed in SAP ECC using standard delivery processing transactions. It can only be changed with restrictions.
