Person-related wage types

In a system in which concurrent employment is active, some of the wage types are saved in the Structure linkinternal tables at the person level in the payroll result. This affects the following international wage types:

·         /550 (Statutory Net Amount)

·         /551 (Retroactive Accounting Difference)

·         /552 (Difference Previous Period)

·         /553 (Recalculation Difference to Last Payroll Run)

·         /558 (Payment of Balance)

·         /559 (Payment)

·         /560 (Payment Amount)

·         /561 (Claim)

·         /562 (Balance of Payment Amount)

·         /563 (Claim from Previous Period)

·         /564 (Advance Payment)

·         /565 (Carry Over for Next Period)

·         /566 (Carry Over from Previous Period)

There are also other country-specific person-related wage types.

The other wage types are stored in the internal tables on the personnel assignment level, as in a system without concurrent employment.

Grouping

The system uses a common person table, for example one table RT_PERSON, for all personnel assignments that belong to the same payroll area. The wage types named above exist several times for a concurrently employed person who has personnel assignments in different payroll areas.

The system also differentiates the wage types according to the employer or legal person of the personnel assignment from which they originate. It also stores the grouping reason XXNT (Net Amount, Retroactive Accounting, Payment) and the grouping value of the personnel assignment for each wage type. Therefore, a wage type can occur several times within a person table.

The following graphic displays the grouping of personnel assignments with regards to the person tables and the person-related wage types:
