Child Care NL (0525) 

Definition

In this infotype you store information relating to child care.

Use

Enter the following information:

·        Type of child care (for example more or less than 5 hours a day).

·        Number of days
Number of days per payroll period the child stays at the child care center.
If child care is necessary for half a day (for example four hours), this counts as one day of child care less than or equal to 5 hours and not 0,5 day childcare greater than 5 hours.

·        Child care location
Only valid for employees whose location for child care is at home.

·        Type of child care arrangement (day care or allowance)
Only valid if the employer provides child care or finances a child care fund.

·        Total costs child care
Total costs for child care if the employer does not provide day care facilities. In other words, this is the amount specified on the invoice of the day care center.
If the payroll period and the period to which the invoice is applicable are not consistent, you must enter a proportional amount.

·        Employee's contribution to child care
Amount the employee pays per payroll period for child care.

You can also set default values for this infotype by means of feature Nursery (NLKOP).

Integration

You must have maintained infotype Family Member/Dependents (0021).
