Workset: Billing Documents

Visibility: This workset is visible in the workset Sales Support in the role for Internal Sales Representative

 

Use

This workset links to the transactions for processing and monitoring billing documents. It enables  internal sales representatives to select and display existing documents. This can help, for example, when an internal sales representative needs to answer questions concerning a particular invoice.
