Procedure documentation Creating Report Recipients Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

If you want to send reports to organizations or persons that are neither SAPoffice users nor customers, you must enter these recipients as report recipients.

In the context of incident/accident management these would be, for example, the workers’ compensation associations or supervisory authorities.

Procedure

       1.      From the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu, choose Basic Data ® Addresses ® Edit Report Recipients.

The Address Maintenance: Initial Screen “EHS Report Recipient” appears.

       2.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The Address Maintenance: Create “EHS Report Recipient” screen appears.

       3.      Enter the required data and save your entries.
