Nota Fiscal Form 

Definition

Form used for printing a nota fiscal.

Use

The nota fiscal form controls a number of factors related to output of the nota fiscal:

·       Generation of the nota fiscal number, based on the assigned number group

·       Size of a nota fiscal page (important for single-page notas fiscais)

·       Series and subseries for the nota fiscal number

·       Whether the nota fiscal is a nota fiscal fatura (see Nota Fiscal)

·       Print program and layout set used to print the nota fiscal

·       Whether automatic print is initiated via SAP message control (NAST with output application NF)

Customizing

To maintain nota fiscal forms, choose Cross-Application Components ® General Application Functions ® Nota Fiscal ® Output ® Define Forms.

If you create a new nota fiscal form, you must also:

·       Assign it as required to the nota fiscal types (Customizing activity Define Nota Fiscal Types)

·       Assign it to a business place (activity Define Nota Fiscal Numbers and Form Sizes)

·       Specify the processing programs and SAPscript layout set for printing (activity Processing Programs)

·       Define output types for the form (Condition Types, under Output Determination).

Note that you must maintain the output device (see Nota Fiscal Printing Configuration).
