Displaying and Editing Assigned Documents

Prerequisites

The iPPE object that you are editing is linked to a document. You are displaying the object-specific page.

Procedure

When you display the object-specific page of one of these iPPE objects, the list of views contains the entry Documents.

The detail data of this view is loaded. Below the header data screen area, the list of linked documents is displayed in the form of a table.

The following document data is displayed:

Document type

Key data for identification (document number, document part, and document version)

Description

Status

If you are displaying detailed document data, click on the link to the document. You see the object-specific page.
If you want to process the original application file, choose Display Original or Change Original.
