Function documentation Performance Appraisals/Personnel Development Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

In the function tree on the left side of the screen you can execute employee appraisals and reports on the qualifications and profiles of the employees (persons) in your area of responsibility. These functions and reports come from the Structure link Personnel Development component and are assigned to the Employees theme category.

Features

You can execute the following functions and reports:

  1. Performance appraisals Structure link Functions of the Appraisal System
  1. Personnel Development

This report can only be used for the object type Position and concerns requirements of current positions.

Using this report, you can compare profiles of employees’ qualifications and the requirements of a position.
