Creating Change Documents for Personnel
Administration Infotypes 
You can make changes to infotype records using the Log in Personnel Administration infotype in the form of change documents. You can display these documents with the Report RPUAUD00. Logging data changes within the Data Dictionary is usually not necessary.
So that changes to infotype fields (change, create, delete) are recorded as documents, you must make sure that these fields are maintained in the views V_T585A (HR Documents: Infotypes to be Logged), V_T585B (HR Documents: Field Group Definition,) and V_T585C (HR Documents: Field Group Characteristics).
An
archive can only be displayed if it has been created with Archive
