Use

Use this infotype to generate employee specific text in a report.

In the Singapore tax forms, there are section(s) where you can enter employee specific remarks or a comment about the tax submission. For example, Appendix 8B of the Form IR8A has a Remarks section, where you can enter an employee specific text.

Use the Additional Information (Singapore) infotype (0741), to enter this text. The Infotype has individual subtypes, which you can use to enter employee text, for display in the relevant report(s). For example, use the IR8A subtype (0001) to enter employee specific text for Form IR8A.

Structure

The Additional Information (Singapore) infotype (0741) has various subtypes that you can use to specify employee specific text, for display in the relevant report. For example, to generate an employee specific comment in the Form IR8A, or in the Appendix 8B, you must select the Subtype (001).

You generate Form IR8A and Appendix 8B using the Singapore Income Tax IR8A report (RPCT8AR0).

In all the subtypes of the Additional Information (Singapore) infotype (0741), you can maintain the following information:

·       Text identification key

This key helps the system identify the section in a report output, that must display the employee specific text.

The options available as a text identification key depend on the Short Descriptions that you have configured in the table view Maintain key fields for text management (V_T5RTEXT_KEY).

·       Employee specific text

Against a text identification key, you can specify the text that you want displayed in the relevant report.

In the infotype, you also have an option for storing text, which is in excess of the maximum text permitted.
