The official lot number is issued by the Chinese authorities and provides specific information on the lot.

Use

In China, the official lot number not only identifies the lot but is also used in conjunction with the official document number to form a unique identification code for each prenumbered form.

Structure

The official lot number, which is defined by the tax authorities, consists of 10 digits and is preprinted in the upper left-hand corner of the special invoice.

Integration

When defining a lot in the system, you must specify which form type the forms in the lot belong to, and the date on which the lot was purchased.
