Printing the Storage Removal List

Use

The storage removal list contains instructions on how to remove the stability samples from storage or how to create reserve samples. This list itemizes all stability samples for all storage conditions in the study. It also shows the current processing status of each stability sample.

For example:

The stability sample for a storage condition has already been removed from storage.
A reserve sample has already been created for a storage condition.
The stability study for a storage condition is still in progress.
The stability study for a storage condition has been completed and the corresponding stability sample can be removed from storage.

Procedure

From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Logistics ® Quality Management ® Stability Study ® Stability Study ® Change.

The initial screen for changing a stability study appears.

On the initial screen, enter the key of the stability study you want to process and then choose Enter.

The screen for changing the stability study data appears.

Choose Notification ® Print ® Notification.

A dialog box for selecting the shop papers appears.

Select the row that specifies the storage removal list.

Enter a printer designation in the field for the output device.

Set the Print immediately indicator.

To view the storage list before you print it, choose Print preview.

A print preview appears on the screen.

Choose Back to return to the dialog box.

Choose Print/Fax to print the storage removal list.
