Procedure

Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® Personnel development ® Information system ® Reports ® Others ® List of alternative qualifications.

The List of Alternative Qualifications screen appears.

Result

The system displays a list of all qualifications and their corresponding alternative qualifications. The replacement percentage is also displayed.
