Procedure documentation Finding Objects for Qualifications Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Procedure

  1. Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® Personnel development ® Information system ® Find ® For qualifications.
  2. The Find Objects for Qualifications screen appears.

  3. Select the qualifications you want. You have the following options here:

Note

You can change the qualifications profiles and requirements profiles individually.

For more information on selecting objects in the Object Manager, refer to Working With the Object Manager.

  1. If required, enter the proficiencies required (either individual values or value ranges) for the qualifications.
  1. If required, change the operator for the proficiencies.
  2. If required, select the Essential requirement flag.
  3. If necessary, change the key date.
  4. If necessary, restrict your search to specific object types on the Restrict to object types tab page.
  5. If necessary, use the More restrictions tab page to restrict your search even further for each object type.
  6. If you would also like to check availability, enter the planning period and the number of planning days within this planning period on the Availability tab page.
  7. Note

    You can save all your search criteria as a variant, and use this variant for future searches. To save a variant, choose Goto ® Variant ® Save as variant, and to call up a variant, choose Goto ® Variant ® Get....

  8. Choose Search ® Execute.

The Find Objects for Qualifications screen appears.

Result

The system outputs a list of objects that fulfill the selection criteria specified, and which are available (if applicable).
