Evaluating the Profiles of Two Persons and a Position Example Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® Personnel development ® Information system ® Profiles.

    2. The Profile Evaluation screen appears.

  2. If necessary, change the object type to Person.
  3. Enter the object name or the object ID of the first person in the corresponding field and choose Enter.
  4. Enter the object name or the object ID of the second person in the corresponding field and choose Enter.
  5. Change the object type to Position, and choose Enter.

    6. The Requirements subprofile is added to the Possible subprofiles group box for the object type Position.

  6. Enter the object name or the object ID of the position in the corresponding field and choose Enter.
  7. If you do not want to display a particular subprofile for an object type, deselect the object types in question in the Possible subprofiles group box.
  8. If necessary, change the data selection period.
  9. Choose Profile ® Execute.

    10. The Profile Evaluation screen appears. The corresponding subprofiles are displayed in list form for the persons and position.

  10. You can save this list to file and/or print it out.
